Data we use

CutQuorum uses the buyer-chosen decision title, roadmap option labels and effort estimates, non-identifying role aliases, capacity allocations, explicit cuts, accepted consequences, hashed capability tokens, commit timestamps, and the verified entitlement identifier needed to create and recover one decision room. Stripe processes Checkout and payment details; CutQuorum receives only the verified entitlement data needed to provide the workspace.

Data that is not permitted

Use role aliases instead of names. Do not enter customer or employee records, contact details, passwords, credentials, financial, health, identity, regulated personal information, or confidential roadmap content that the organization cannot permit Arelvia Studio and its infrastructure providers to process and retain.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate CutQuorum, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

CutQuorum retains the purchased decision room and immutable ballot record to provide and recover access, preserve decision integrity, secure and troubleshoot the service, resolve payment disputes, and meet legal obligations. The current product does not provide self-service deletion or a configurable retention period. Users should not submit data they cannot permit Arelvia Studio and its infrastructure providers to retain for those purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate CutQuorum, or when required by law.
